Pet looks like a husky shepherd mix. Young make-up under a year. I found him running along Floral drive in Monterey Park near the entrance to the 710 freeway. He almost got hit by a car so I stopped and he immediately came into the car. He is obviously a pet. I drove around the neighborhood and asked people if they recognized him with no luck so I called animal control. They said to take him to the animal shelter in Downey (11258 Garfield Ave).
