Savannah is a Dark Grey Chihuahua with shaved down hair recenlty groomed white on her eyebrows and white markings she is new to the Corning area and is very very fearful, SHE MUST NOT BE CHASED. She got out of her harness after being startled by a stranger she ran across the street and kept running she will run or hide she is not the type of dog to approach a stranger. There have been several sightings in the corning area but she got scared and ran off again. She has not been seen since sat 10/
