Pet Description:

Neutered male orange cat with white around his mouth and under chin. He has been missing since 12/3/17. He is a house cat, still has his claws and no collar. He has a small head, thin face and has a belly. He is very friendly, but when he runs outside he becomes very skittish, starts hissing, shakes and hides.
