Pet Description:

The foster dog I am keeping got out of her harness on the afternoon of 12/23. She immediately bolted and would not come to us. We have seen her several times, but she will not come to anyone. I am not sure if she is being fed. She is NOT aggressive, just scared. She is a brown Shepherd mix and about 35lbs. She is pretty low to the ground. No collar or tags. No microchip. She was recently spayed, so she has an incision on her abdomen. Please help!
