Pet Description:

there is a black and white male young pit bull that I believe is lost. I saw it in the back yard of my neighbor but it has a leash and color on it and the lease has been chewed to where it is short and obviously came from somewhere else. It is so gentle and loves playing at the fence with my puppy. I asked the owner of the home who's dog it was and they said theirs but he is outside all day and night and still has the chewed leash on.
