The dog was a small or miniature white and tan miniature Greyhound wearing a green plaid sweater. It was Running fast up Jay street from the direction of tillary in and out of traffic. I and another biker found the dog. He has the dog and I have his cell number and I am trying to help get the word out about the dog. May not be an Italian grey hound mini. May just be a grey hound mini But it's definitely a miniature and it's white with tan spots and wearing a green sweater.
