He is a tri-blue merle Australian Shepherd puppy named Ocean. He is 25 lbs, friendly and is up to date with his shots. He has a heart shaped nose. He is primarily tan, brown, white and darker tan hairs. He has greenish blue eyes. Last seen still wearing his leash and collar. His owner was walking him at 5am when a drunk driver crashed into a house a couple feet away. His owner tied him to a tree and he ran away while the owner was checking out the car/passengers and calling 911.
