We have seen this black Schnauzer wandering our Millcreek neighborhood. Has collar / no tags. Very timid and skittish, we haven't been able to touch it. We are concerned the dog is lost or abandoned. Please contact with any information, if we are able to we will bring the pup into our yard for safety until the owner is located.
