Finny is a border collie/blue heeler mix. He has a long bushy tail, one of his ears doesn't stand up. He was wearing a leash and a green collar. He was last seen at Troutman Park at 2AM 4/16. He is very shy. He is microchipped. He also needs medication and has been off it now for 2 days. This is an emergency!! Please help!!
