Theo, huskie/collie mix with tan and white coloring, red collar with tags. Gentle, but scares easily. Midsize about 65 lbs. Likes to come up to others with dogs or when you get down on his level. Lost from near Walton and Cramer. Likely spotted last night around 9/10 pm around the Henry Clay Estate and crossing back and forth over Richmond Road near the Kenwick Neighborhood
