Our family dog Dutch is still missing as of 6.23.18. We live in the Tortugas area by Our Lady of Guadalupe church. The event that was going on when he went missing was the local Turtle races. We love & miss him very much we are so heart broken. Our children are so sad & cry at least once or twice a day because he is gone in turn makes myself & my husband cry.
