Pet Description:

Golden retriever. Collar has a pink buckle and grey plastic box (may be part of a security system). The collar also has her name written on it and a number we could mostly make out. We called the number and left a voicemail but no answer yet. She’s very sweet and gentle. Did not appear scared. Drank plenty of water and just seemed happy to hang out.
