Beagle mix ~1-2 years old. His legs and upper body is mostly white & his back is mostly black. He has some brown also, especially around his eyes. He has a pink spot on his nose& weighs 29lbs. He is very skinny, not neutered & not microchip (as he was just recently rescued).
