Was wearing a red collar. About lower-shin-tall. Too much grime to tell all colors. Very friendly. Barks when it first sees you - then runs to you for petting. Jumps high trying to get closer to you. Hyper-friendly to of other dogs and strangers. Doesn't bother cats.Couldn't keep it for owner as it appeared to have mange.
