Pet Description:

Actually two dogs seen together since first sighting early in the day. Brown male dog with collar but no id tags. Estimating he weighs 40-50 lbs. By his side is this black female, just a bit smaller in size and initially timid. Both very sweet and friendly. Appear to have been taken very good care of.
