I saw this male dog today at the corner of Acacia and Magnolia in Garden Grove. He is very friendly and gentle. I think he has hips or black legs problem. He walked very slow. I had 4 dogs in my car therefore i couldn't take him with me. I called two rescue groups, but they asked me to call the AC. So I called the Garden Grove Animal Control at 12 pm 714-741-5565 but they said that they won't be able to get there until a couple of hours. If you are his owner or know someone who lost this
