Pet Description:

Mini red male, very sweet, light greying on muzzle. Thought hit by car because dragging back legs and runs sideways. In retrospect either birth defect or old injury as he did not exhibit pain symptoms. Very skinny and tired. No chip, no collar. Currently being evaluated at Texas City VCA.
