She is a pomeranian shih tzu mix, but most people think she's a long-haired chihuahua. She's only about 4.5 lbs and is super soft and fluffy. She looks like a little fox and is the sweetest pup ever. Based on witness descriptions it sounds like she was taken by an older white woman and/or a younger white male.
