Pet Description:

Frank is a 4 month old mixed breed puppy. We are from Boston and visiting friends in Hoboken and he got startled on his walk and broke free from his leash and collar around 930pm on Friday night. He is a very shy puppy. Only 12.5 lbs and very sweet. He has pointy ears that stand straight up and white paws and brown markings on his face.
