Tippy is part Border Collie and mixed breed. She weighs about 40-45 lbs. She has a chip but no collar (her big brother chews it off). She is very friendly and playful but she will probably be a little scared. She is about 16 months old. She licks her front right paw so much that there is no hair left. The attached picture is from when she was about 6-8 months old. She is the black and white one.
