This dog has white hair, with a slight brown tint. She may be a terrier. She's small, about 20 pounds. She isn't chipped and didn't have a collar. She is very sweet and friendly. I found her sitting in the middle of the road, soaked from the rain at around 9:15 p.m.. Cars were driving around her.
