Pet Description:

Charlotte is a small Maine Coon mix with green/yellow eyes. She hairs tufts of hair behind her ears and longer hair on her back legs.She was a rescued cat from NC. When she was found by her rescue mom she had a basketball net around her throat and was severely malnourished. She survived but has never grown to full size and has a very small meow due to her voice box being damaged as a kitten.$400 reward if she is returned home safely
