Pet Description:

This dog was left in a suitcase to die of suffocation or more than likely heatstroke. He is an intact male and he had a CHOKER collar on. There were no other marks on him and you could tell he tried to get out of the suitcase. I am wanting to know if someone recognizes this dog.
