This morning right around 7:30 AM, I found a groomed, clean, pure-bred adult female Lhasa Apso on the corner of Martin Luther King and Douglas in Big Spring, Texas. I do not know how old this dog is, but she is definitely taken care of and is not a stray. She is wearing a collar and is extremely friendly.
