Pet Description:

Dog was running through parking lot between Dollar Tree and McDonalds on South La Brea. The handle of his leash was chewed off, and he was extremely thirsty, drank half of my large canteen of water. It was a hot afternoon, and it seemed like he must have been tethered somewhere in the hot sun and escaped. He was wearing a red Kong dog harness with a red rope leash. If this is your dog, please call me. He is safe, happy and spoiled!!
