This cute little guy was found sniffing around a dumpster and was VERY thirsty in the heat. He is very friendly and is comfortable around strangers. Was wearing a harness without tags, is neutered, not chipped. Looks like he hasn't been on the streets for very long. Was brought to West Valley Animal Shelter. Intake # A1866505
