Description: All brown Chihuahua or similar breed. Missing hair on his neck under the chin. Brown Eyes. Very skinny, very skittish. Still has his boy parts intact. Loves to mark everything he can get near. Found him wandering my neighborhood with a chest harness on. His owner must be somewhere near. If said owner can describe the color of the harness and the design on it I will release him!Not yet sure if he has a chip, seems unlikely. His harness was a bit dirty so I have no idea how long he's
