Pet Description:

12 year old Long hair gearhead Chihuahua. She has a heart condition and a partially collapsed trachea. She cannot run very fast and cannot walk a far distance. We’re not sure if she was stolen from our yard or somehow got out and it lost. Very friendly but will probably be very nervous.
