Petey is a elderly chihuahua has a rolling knee cap had on two collars when he went missing a neon camo collar and a white flea tick collar also had a blue bone shaped tag with his name on one side and a out dated telephone number due to our recent move to the area . He’s very friendly with people not so much with young kids he’s scared of them and loves car rides he has a bad cough due to fluid in his chest and takes medication for it I’ve had him since he was a year old he was adopted/rescued
