A small white 4-year-old Chihuahua named Blanche went missing from my backyard near 43rd and West in Oakland late this afternoon. She is wearing the scarf that is in the photo over her brown collar with tags that say 118 Athol Street Oakland, CA 90606. Her owner is out of town so I don't know if she has a microchip.
