Pet Description:

Oscar (aka Puddy) is a 5 month old, 2 lb teacup yorkie, so he is extra small (fits in your hand). His tail was not clipped like they normally do with this breed due to his health when he was young. He also now has a liver issue that he is supposed to be taking his medication for, so we really want to get him back asap!
