White with brown markings 15 pound Jack Russell with Beagle traits. Romeo (chip name Alfonse) is FAST, skittish, likes dogs, some human women but not men. Was wearing a harness with two leashes and three collars when he ran, was spotted without any of that. Ran once before and came back in 5 hours. Was a rescue.
