He is a black lab/pit mix with a white spot on his chest. He is neutered and has a green line tattooed on the inside of his leg. He went out without his collar on and isn't chipped. He's very friendly towards people but not so much with other dogs. He ran away with his sister, but she came home last night. We haven't seen or heard him.
