She is a 4 year old Miniature Blue Merle Australian Shepherd. She was seen around 10:15am on the 6600 block of Three Chopt Rd and around 11am on Cary St in Richmond, VA on 12/19/19 and has not been seen since. She is wearing a pink collar with a frayed end, there are no tags, but she is microchipped. She is skittish and will run. Please DO NOT call her name, chase her or try to catch her.
