Looks like a chihuahua; not sure, because he could he some kind of small terrier pup. Has white on his chest. Not neutered, no collar. Very friendly, is obviously a pet because he gives kisses and knows that to be picked up he has to jump up on you; this led to him allowing me to hold him for a full hour, but he got away before I could find any way to contain him.
