Found wondering on SW 124th Ave and Coral Way. Male lab has a Miami Dade County Tag, called county to find owner by tag number and was told that the phone number is disconnected. Female French bulldog did not have tag. Posting posters in and around the neighborhood and distributing poster to neighborhood veterinarian offices. Taking them to Vet later on to find if are microchip
