Found neutered male chihuahua/rat terrier mix. Tri-color (black/brown/tan). Very sweet and affectionate. Safely being fostered in Altadena while we are looking to find his family. Microchip info says his name is Chico and his last known address was in Monrovia, but he was found in Altadena near a popular hiking trail. Phone number in microchip not working anymore.
