Pet Description:

Intact male. Seems youg. Has some skin redness and irritation. Very friendly and loving. Well trimmed nails and a collar. But no tags. We're assuming he's been an indoor dog... wants to come inside...but we are unable to because we have other pets. Likes to give kisses. May not have been missing long paw pads still smooth...and although he ate he wasn't starving. He misses his home.
