Pet Description:

Oliver is a 2 year old manx kitty- HE HAS A STUBBY TAIL (about half or a little less than the length of a normal tail). He isn’t wearing a collar but is chipped. About 13lbs with big green eyes. Grey/brown/white tabby coloring. He fell out of my bedroom window early in the morning. He’s never been outside- please help.
