UPDATE: Last seen at Little Milligan boat ramp the morning of April 10 (Johnson / Carter County). Were able to trace her back to the end of Moody Circle along the residential area by Watauga Lake to the north (Little Milligan area). She’s female (spayed), mixed breed, with light to dark brown, longer fur. Small-medium size (~15 lb). Very old (18), so doesn’t see or hear well, probably confused and wandering. She had on an American flag pattern collar with our number on the tag and a flea collar.
