Missing since early Friday April 24th 2020 last seen on North Willamette Blvd by the St John's Bridge. His name is Blanco (answers to it) very sweet and loving all black with a brownish fluffy collar of hair around his neck and chest and big green eyes. Loves people and our neighborhood. Lost his collar and is never far from home, this is the longest he's been gone, tends to prefer to play with younger boys and hang out with guys.
