Pet Description:

Found running across Olympic Blvd (so he might be from further south as he drank a full liter of water and was looking pretty exhausted). Ended up near Windsor Ave. and W. 10th St. in the side yard of a house. With the help of friends, we were able to take him to Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles (unfortunately, none of us could take him in as we all have dogs and not enough space).
