Pet Description:

Freak is about 1.5 years old. Mostly white on the bottom with black and brown on his face and back. He does not have any tags but he should have a blue and orange collar on. He got spooked by the garbage truck and slipped out the screen door. He is very friendly. But can be shy and is most likely frightened.
