Rascal is a friendly but very skittish dog. He was last seen around noon on June 6 when we left the house. He has a red collar that has reflectors on it and he has a tag. He will come up to you if you give him a second to watch you but don’t grab him immediately when you see him because he will run the other way. He gets very scared around new people.
