Harper is friendly 12 year old short haired White French Poodle. We are devastated, miss and love him so much. His eyes look blue and hazy as he is loosing his eye sight. He had no color on. He got out of the backyard and has not returned. He always come back within 20 minutes. This time, there has been no return. Please let us know if you find him.
