Female Shih Tzu. Mostly white with patches of Brown. She has an underbite. When she went missing, she was wearing a thin pink collar with a pink heart name tag with her name Heaven on the front and my phone number on the back. She can be skiddish and sometimes when someone picks her up, she urinates.
