Small (7-10 pounds) Yorkie and Maltase mix female dog lost between 10:30 -10:45 am on July 9 in the Safeway parking lot in Fountain. She was just groomed this week and her hair is short for the summer. Delsie has a tan face and underside, but her back is mostly black and gray. She has a blue collar with no tags.
