Marshall is a long haired shepherd mix. He is very skittish and will not willing walk up to people (formerly feral). He was last seen walking down Meade Springer Road toward Route 60 in the Ashland/Cannonsburg area. He is most likely laying low in ditches, brush, creeks or culverts.
