Pet Description:

We rescued Barley from Ramona Humane Society and he was transported to his foster home. There was a horrible accident at his foster home and his foster mom was taken to the hospital. During the chaos, Barley escaped from the fenced backyard. He disappeared near E. Clinton & North Bond in Fresno. We’ve heard of sightings at a nearby canal. If you’re near the area and can help look for him, please do! He’s extremely fearful and will not go to anyone. Please DO NOT CHASE but call the number
