Charlie is a 3 yr old long hair black male chihuahua. He ran off while walking past a 20 acre property in n hwy 97 one mile south of tumalo rd. The property backs country land and farms that border Hunnell and Starwood rd off tumalo rd. We miss him terribly and he is a long way from home as this was at a friends.
